Tina Noll

   I love the Midwest. I truly do. So much so that when my husband and I were deciding where to put down our roots, there was no question for us. We knew we had to come back to the Nebraska-Iowa area. This has been the only place, in all of our moves, where we have felt at home.

    Although our careers started in Nebraska, they took us on a little bit of a detour. I graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, beginning my 17 year career in the field. I taught fifth and sixth grade and then became an instructional coach after developing a passion for partnering with my fellow teachers and helping them meet their own personal and professional goals. My husband graduated from Hastings College, in Hastings, Nebraska and then went on to medical school at the University of Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha. From there, we moved to Denver, and then Houston, for his continued training. We finally bought our first home in Sioux City, Iowa, and I couldn't be happier to call it home. 

    I love this area because it is uniquely situated to give you the best of both big and small town life. Having Omaha and Sioux Falls nearby gives lots of opportunities for things to do if you want to get out of town, yet Sioux City is big enough that you don't have to leave home if you don't want to. There is also plenty of wide open space and views for miles! For me, it's the perfect combination, the perfect place to call home, and it is this feeling of home that I am passionate about helping my clients achieve. 

     I am excited to bring my love of our tri-state area, and my skills as a 17-year educator and coach, to my clients.  My experiences in partnering with teachers as a friend, confidant, problem solver, and cheerleader allow me to come alongside my clients and help them achieve their dreams, whether that involves buying or selling a home. I am committed to meeting my clients' needs and seeing them through the process from start to finish, so that in the end they too have a favorite place to call home.
