The RE/MAX City Centre summer movie series has been a perfect addition to summertime in Sioux City. A recent showing of the Sandlot also featured local legend JD Scholten. JD recently made a movie-like comeback with the Sioux City Explorers at the young age of 44. He has since been featured on ESPN, Barstool Sports, and the New York Daily Post for his unblemished 3-0 record. He signed autographs and movie goers were able to enjoy one of the most classic sports movies or all-time. If you need something to do next weekend, the summer movie series will finsih up with the Little Mermaid. Just $5 gets you a movie, popcorn, water, and potentially a picture with a surprise guest. In Plymouth County Iowa, the year of 2020 it had a population of nearly 26,000 people and the county was formed way back in 1872! The history of the Plymouth County Courthouse is a spectacular building that was built of red sandstone in the year 1900 and is certainly something to admire!
